    [转]关于“创造力”

    在阅读刘思量的《艺术心理学》里,看到这部分对创造力分析的篇幅,觉得挺有意思的,录入下来作个笔记与大家分享讨论

    有创意的人共有人格特质:

             感觉敏感 - Sensitivity 
             反应迅速 - Fluency 
             应变能力 - Flexibility 
             独创力 - Originality 
             重新定义的技巧 - Redefinition skill 
             抽象能力 - Ability to abstract 
             综合能力 - Ability to synthesize 
             组织统一 - Coherence of organization

     阻碍创造力的因素: 

             心理障碍 Psychological blocks
                       不安全感,缺乏信心; 
                       随俗的需要,循规蹈矩; 
                       无法自由御用潜意识的知觉和判断力, 不愿尝试新事物; 
                       职业主义论, 刻板从事,按部就班固定模式 
             知觉障碍 - Perceptional blocks
                       无法把问题孤立; 
                       问题看的太狭窄; 
                       无法将问题定义好; 
                       没有使用其他的感官去观察; 
                       无法看出微秒的关系; 
                       认为理所当然,就不加深究; 
                       无法分辨因果关系 
             文化障碍 - Cultural blocks
                       要求顺服既定的模式; 
                       我们被要求要实用,要经济有效,偏偏又下判断太早; 
                       过分盲信统计数字; 
                       过分类花; 
                       迷信理智与逻辑 
                       要不就全部采用,不然就算顽固态度; 
                       在自己所专精的领域,知道太多或太少; 
                       认为幻想是无益的 
             情绪的障碍 - Emotional blocks
                       怕犯错,怕被笑话; 
                       死抓出第一个观念不放; 
                       呆板的思考方式; 
                       要求速成的强烈动机; 
                       病态的安全需要; 
                       对上司害怕对下属不信任; 
                       缺乏对问题彻底解决的动机; 
                       缺乏提出具体可行解决方法的动力 

    创造力的训练

             创造态度的训练:训练对自己及环境的敏锐感知能力,以及解决问题的积极态度; 
             训练各种有助于产生独特概念的认知能力,如抽象思考能力, 想象力,知觉,联想, 发现问题病节的能力; 
             寻找新概念的技巧
     

    最后说说为什么要一直要谈“创造力”, 并把一个频道取名为创造力开发 ,主要还是因为自己对创造能力一直抱着的很难描述的酸楚情节,说白了就是对以前教育机制的迷惑,所以想花更多时间来学习和挖掘失去已久的创造动机(不同于创作动机),也想以此感染受阻碍因素困扰的朋友,我想也只有这样,身边才能看到更多,更有趣味和新异的思想和产品。
